The tireless energy of violinist and long-time collaborator, Emma Lloyd, takes my three-to-five-hour performance/installation [kiss] to Catalonia, Spain this weekend. This overnight performance, between 00h00 and 04h00 is part of the annual Sirga Contemporary Music Festival, based at the castle in Flix.
Impressively emerging concert-makers ddmmyy bring my violin performance installation [kiss] to London, part a afternoon of duration pieces they're programming at the Yard Theatre (Hackney Wick). Once again, violinist Emma Lloyd is thrown into the demanding driver's seat.
